Pressed Floral Art is a pressed flower design studio based in Herts where Lis creates original botanical art made with real pressed flowers.

A keen gardener with knowledge gained over the years, local seasonal flowers are sourced, picked and pressed from the garden, local florists and the wild. 

Using a traditional hand pressing method that preserves the flowers' natural beauty and captures their exquisite detail; each flower is hand mounted  to create exceptional and meticulous art.

Often with several large presses on the go, Lis has built up a varied & striking collection of pressed flowers.

Greeting Cards 

Real pressed flowers mounted on handmade cotton card with deckled edges and matching envelopes.  Mixed box collections of 10 or more cards with envelopes.

Prints

A selection of artwork, digitally photographed in a studio, using a hi-res lens to allow for enlarged giclee prints that are exceptionally sharp and detailed. 

Workshops

As well as  small group workshops for those who would love to learn the art of pressing flowers and to make their own floral art cards, I run bespoke workshops for corporate clients and team building events.

-Subject to floral availability.

-Although preserved,  as these are real flowers they will organically and naturally change their colour over time but they never lose their form. Artwork should not be hung in direct sunlight or in a moist place to help to preserve the flowers and foliage for as long as possible from natural fading.
